Impact of Your Role in Medflick

You will be holding the responsibility of coordinating multiple aspects of medical care and Medical Value Travel (MVT) for international patients. Your role spans right from getting in touch with the patient, liaising with the right healthcare providers, managing appointments, coordinating travel and accommodation logistics, managing medical records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting and providing assistance to patients and their families comprehensively throughout their medical journey, thereby ensuring a smooth and positive experience overall. Your responsibility is to keep up the organizational values and ethics to deliver patient-centric services.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate International Patient Case Manager to join our Medflick team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating patient care services, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient satisfaction. The Patient Care Manager will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to facilitate a seamless and positive healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Care Coordination :

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of patient care services, ensuring timely and efficient care.

Patient Advocacy :

  • Advocate for patients' needs and preferences to ensure personalized and comprehensive care.
  • Address patient concerns and provide support to enhance their overall experience.

Team collaboration :

  • Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide guidance and support to healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered approach.

Quality Assurance :

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Patient Education :

  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Promote health and wellness through patient education initiatives.

Job Requirements
Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years (kindly don’t apply if you are looking for a senior position as this opportunity is mainly for freshers)

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in any medical (BDS,BHMS) or Non-clinical (Bsc Biotechnology,Bsc Microbiology,Bsc Biology etc).
  • Healthcare Administration (MHA/MBA) (Master's degree preferred).

Skills Required :

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
