Visiting Faculty, Shinshu Univ. Japan & Mt. Sinai NY, USA.  International  member Editorial Board of Surgical Neurology International. Hon. Member -Society of Neurosurgeons of South Africa. Presidents of Neurological Society of India 2017, Skull Base Surgery Society of India 2012 & Bombay Neuroscience Association 2017-18. Organised 2nd Annual Conference of Skull base surgery Society of India at SGPGIMS Lucknow, International  Society of Pituitary Surgery in Mumbai 2013. Organised  many workshops Symposium on skull Base and Endoscopic  Skull base. Invited Faculty in many National and International Conference and Symposium. First to do Artificial Cervical Disc Arthroplasty in 2007 in Western India. He has an experience of more than 8000 surgeries of brain and spine. 16yrs as Neurosurgical teacher and examiner in neurosurgery.
