Dr. Veena Kalra

With 36 strong years as a top Paediatrician, Dr. Veena Kalra is one of the best in her field. One of the most celebrated Paediatric Neurologist, Dr. Kalra's experience expands into teaching and heading the Paediatrics Department at AIIMS for 8 years. She is an award-winning researcher and has conducted in-depth study in Indian childhood cirrhosis, neurocysticercosis, learning disability, epilepsies, neurometabolic and neurogenetic disorders and lead poisoning.

Dr. Kalra has been honoured with 3 medals by the President of India for her contribution in curing children with critical issues and contributing to the field of Paediatrics. She is a member of various organisations including the Indian Academy of Paediatrics.
