Dr. N.K. Ganesh Prasad is one of the most sought after and highly skilled Nephrologist in Chennai.

He has done his DNB – Nephrology from Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Science, Puttaparthy in 2002, DNB – General Medicine from DNB board, New Delhi in 1996, MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Belgaum in 1991.

He has been awarded MNAMS fellowship in Nephrology at New Delhi (2005).

He had earlier worked in both Govermental , Quasi Governmental organisations and Private ; also was handling administrative post in these organisations. He was involved in Teaching for MD (Gen.Medicine)., DNB (Gen.Medicine)., DM (Nephrology)., DNB (Nephrology), BSc in Dialysis Technology, Physiotherapy & Physician Assistant during his tenure in Teaching Hospitals.

For his contribution in the medical field, he has received Awards of Recognition for various presentations in Indian and International Nephrology Conference, Best Doctor Award TNMC Awards. Dr. Ganesh has presented papers at UCLA on CKD MBD – Los Angeles, and has a few publications to his credit in Indexed Journals.

He has been actively participating as a speaker in CMEs in local and international organisations/forums.

He has International professional experience as a visiting Nephrologist to Fiji, Seychelles, Sudan ( Republic of Sudan and South Sudan) and UAE.

He has updated himself in various fields of Nephrology at Beijing china, Seoul in Korea, Barcelona in Spain.
