Dr. Arvinder Singh Soin

Dr. A.S Soin heads Indias largest and one of the most successful Liver Transplant programs in the world at Medanta -The Medicity. Dr Soin and his team has gained its reputation for their 95% success rate ,doing approx 25-30 successful Transplants in a month. His extensive experience consists of more than 2500 Liver Transplants, which is highest in the country.

He has performed more than 12000 other complex Liver, Gall Bladder and bile duct surgeries in his two decades of clinical expertise and is well known for his pioneer work in establishing live transplantation in India. From 2001 to mid 2010 he initiated a big liver transplant center at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital ,but after mid 2010 he along with his team moved to Medanta .Besides running his successful liver transplant programme ,he and his team are responsible for training other transplant teams in India and neighboring countries that have just started performing this procedure.
